A case study of a 1-year-old child is presented with a case of the coexistence of double aortic arch (DAA) and tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Topics include the diagnosis and symptoms of DAA; the diagnostic process using echocardiography and computed tomography angiography; and the importance of recognizing accompanying congenital heart diseases for appropriate surgical planning.
