- Abstract
The article focuses on constitutionality of government-imposed bodily intrusions with reference to U.S Supreme Court cases related to this matter. Topics discussed include the common law right against bodily intrusions, nonphysical or psychological harms of forced bodily intrusions and the relationship of government-compelled bodily intrusions with substantive due process right. It mentions the Supreme Court case Union Pacific Railway Co. v. Botsford that addressed a woman's tort claim.
