- Abstract
The article briefly provides the legal history of the Takings Clause to the U.S. Constitution. It discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid involving eminent domain and labor relations, and Court held that a regulation made pursuant to the California Agricultural Labor Relations Act that required agricultural employers to allow labor organizers to regularly access their property for the purposes of union recruitment.
