The article offers information on the moral and legal aspects of the use of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) for creating frozen embryos in the U.S. Topics include the controversy over the proper legal status of the frozen embryo, scholarly approaches to the Cole-dispute resolution that include the Robertson Contract Theory, the Coleman Contemporaneous Consent Approach and the Feminist Position.
