- Abstract
This article presents a study on the optimal dietary protein level for maximum growth of juvenile starry flounder, Platichthys stellatus. The materials and methods used are presented. Protein utilization varies among fish depending on dietary nonprotein energy source and level. The study suggested that fifty percent dietary protein is the optimum level for maximum growth of juvenile starry flounder.
