- Abstract
An editorial is presented on the Coronary Slow Flow. The article discusses that the coronary microvascular system is the more extensive component of coronary circulation, its importance has been underestimated; it cannot be visualized by currently available imaging techniques, and its function can only be assessed indirectly; and the coronary microcirculation plays a critical role in the regulation of myocardial blood flow.
