- Abstract
An essay is presented which discusses the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania architect Frank Furness' patronage of the English glass artist Henry George Alexander Holiday in the U.S. from the late 19th through early 20th centuries. An overview of Holiday's window designs, including for the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia (a building which Furness designed) is provided.
