- Abstract
The article presents information on a study related to the treatment of sepsis, which is a common disease among adults. It informs that during the study randomized clinical trials were performed and it was found that etomidate is associated with mortality and adrenal insufficiency in sepsis. It further informs that the Clinical trials to date have been underpowered to determine the attributable risk for any complication.
