- Title
New drugs.
- Abstract
This document provides information on new drugs related to COVID-19 prevention. The two new mRNA vaccines, andusomeran and raxtozinameran, are designed to protect against the Omicron XBB. 1.5 variant and related subvariants. These vaccines can be used for primary vaccination or as additional doses for those who have already been vaccinated. The document also discusses the efficacy, safety, and adverse reactions associated with these vaccines. Early data suggests that the monovalent XBB. 1.5 vaccines provide protection against symptomatic infection, hospitalization, and severe disease caused by current circulating variants of COVID-19.
