The article discusses the legal frameworks in Minnesota court for breach of person's privacy claims. It highlights specific reference of several court cases related to the same including Lake v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Wagner v. Gallup Inc. and Montogomery v. The Original Traveling Photo Booth Co. Other topics includes the adoption of 652H of the Restatement to describe damage in invasions-of privacy torts, Government Data Practices Act and Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act.
