- Abstract
The article offers the authors insights on how to avoid an ethical violation during sequestration. He says that sequestration is defined as a mandatory spending cuts that occurred due to the failure of the U.S. Congress to agree on a budget compromise. The author also discusses the nine steps to avoid an ethical disaster due to contract reductions including the review on code of conduct, reexamine the contracting and financial controls, and risk assessment on international markets.
