The article presents a case study of surgical management of a recurrent pulmonary artery sarcoma (PAS) in a woman aged more than fifty years. The patient received radiation therapy after her surgery which was followed by several courses of chemotherapy involving administration of Doxorubicin and Ifosfamide.
