- Abstract
The article presents research on the critical role using phonemes for multiple activities in a critical process. It highlights important keys in acquiring phonemic awareness which include attending to vocal gesture promotes effectiveness in developing phonemic awareness and finding instructions that involves segmenting and blending of phonemes. It also provides a brief description of the five phonemes, which are being used and the practical ideas for implementing the activities in the classroom.
