- Abstract
Herein we describe our results on the synthesis of1,2,4-triazine and 1,2-diazine derivatives. This group of compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil with chloroacetyl chloride, triethylamineusing DMF as a solvent, the product 6-(amino acetyl chloride)-1,3-dimethylpyrimidine-2,4-dione-6-yl [1] then, reacted with a hydrazine hydrate in absolute ethanol to obtain hydrazide derivative [2], which reacted with phenylisocyanate, á-naphtylisocyanate and phenylthioisocyanate, then cyclization with alkaline media of sodium hydroxide to produce six membered heterocyclic rings such as 1,2,4-triazine derivatives.In alkaline media 20%KOH compound [2] reacted with CS2 to give potassium salt [9] that cyclization with excess of hydrazine hydrate to give 1,2,4-triazine derivative compound [10].1,2-Diazine derivatives [11-16] has been synthesized by cyclization of hydrazide derivative [2] with different aromatic anhydride. All newly synthesized compounds conformation were characterized in detail by FTIR and NMR spectroscopy including 1D NMR experiments (¹H and 13C). The present study was carried out to investigate the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory by using carrageen an induced paw edema model were used in albino rats, their antimicrobial activity, antifungal and antibacterial against two Gram-positive bacteria and two Gram-negative bacteria
