- Authors

- Abstract
The article highlights the Threat Ensemble Vulnerability Assessment (TEVA) Research Program regarding drinking water contamination warning systems (CWS). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (USEPA) National Homeland Security Research Center (NHSRC) established TEVA in 2003. TEVA researchers had estimated the probable impact of contamination at specific locations over time for the partner utilities. It had been shown that effects were unique to each water distribution system. Therefore, unique solutions were required to mitigate the effects of contamination incidents.
