- Abstract
The article focuses on requests made by employees to their employers regarding the use of animals in workplace as reasonable accommodation under the U.S Americans with Disabilities Act. It discusses the U.S Supreme Court's dissenting decision in case PGA Tour Inc. v. Martin that addressed the issue of accommodation of disabled golfer Casey Martin in a golf cart under Title III of the U.S Americans with Disabilities Act.
