- Abstract
In order to address the problem of larger shock interference produced when weighing potatoes and other larger fruits and vegetables by intelligent combination scales, which affects the weighing accuracy and speed, experimental analysis of the interference signals of three working conditions of the single-group weighing system was conducted, and the response shock was analyzed by time domain and frequency domain analysis of the collected vibration signals, and mathematical model was established. The damping ratio and bending of the weighing system were increased to increase the stiffness of the weighing hopper and improve the modal frequency. After the optimization, the number of weighing times per minute/average absolute error/maximum shortage was optimized from 15/35.06 g/20.7 g to 18/21.41 g/12.7 g for 100 weighing times of 500 g, which achieved the goal of improving the weighing accuracy and speed and meets the standard requirements. The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the design of intelligent combination scale weighing system.
