- Abstract
In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste and improve the enzyme activity of laccase produced by solid-state fermentation of Panax notoginseng residue and municipal sludge mixture by Ganoderma lucidum. On the basis of single factor experiment, using potassium dihydrogen phosphate addition, copper sulfate addition and the proportion of municipal sludge as the independent variable, the laccase activity as the response value, the composition of medium for laccase production by solid fermentation of P. notoginseng residue-municipal sludge was optimized by response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum media composition was as follows: potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3%, copper sulfate0.05%, and the ratio of municipal sludge 30%. Under these conditions, the laccase activity was 5.90 IU/g, which was 1.01 IU/g higher than before optimization.
