- Abstract
The article focuses on the water supply system of New York City which includes three water supplies from Croton, Catskill and Delaware. Further it focuses on rules and regulations for new watershed according to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). It further discusses the watershed protection and partnership programs, partnership council and the watershed land acquisition program. It also focuses on subsurface sewage treatment systems (SSTS) the quality of water and negotiation of the MOA.
