- Abstract
Shahriar, as the greatest contemporary poet of Azerbaijan and Iran, has a collection of poems in Persian and Turkish. "Haydar Babaye Salam" have been translated by researchers in different countries. Shahriar's Persian and Turkish poems are intimate and familiar to reader. The reader is immersed in the understanding of the poems in simple and everyday language. With his humane and poetic nature, Shahriar speaks his emotions, fantasies and sublime thoughts in the language of the people in poetry. His poetry is familiar to everyone. Shahriar was a poet who lived his poems. Most of his poems were a reflection of his life. He has ordinary words and expressions in Persian and Turkish poems. There are common and slang terms in his poems. This popular style portrays him as a popular poet. Shahriar has used slang in his Persian and Turkish poems. Meanwhile, the poem "Heydar Babaye Salam" has more rural rhetoric than any of his other poems. These poems have received more attention than any other work, and have been translated, researched. In the poem "Haydar Babaye Salam", he tells the story of his childhood memories. The images in these poems are so natural that the reader is amazed. In this poem, Shahriar uses the features of the Azerbaijani Turkish language and literary creations and gives a unique image of folklore, customs and traditions and the existence of Azerbaijani culture in general. Many believe that no poet like Shahriar has drawn his childhood memories so clearly. On the other hand, the Persian poems of this great man of literature are also important in terms of language and style. In this category, Shahriyar is a poet whose mother tongue is Turkish but has been followed by Persian poets. In this article, with reference to the colloquial language in Shahriar's Turkish and Persian poems, the visual verbs in Heydar Babaye Salam's poetry and literary creations in poetry are examined. The purpose of this article is introduce simple language in Shahriar's Persian and Turkish poems.
