- Abstract
The article describes the case of an older woman who developed tilted disc syndrome (TDS). The patient experienced choroidal folds radiating from the edge of an inferior staphyloma in her eye. She reported decreased vision in her left eye. Her fluorescein angiography revealed band-like hyperluorecence because to the macular retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) atrophy at the upper border of the inferior staphyloma and vertical stripes.
