- Abstract
According to the characteristics of spare parts' inventory, support mode and maintenance strategy of T/ R module, the stochastic Petri nets model with cost-effectiveness under two-echelon maintenance policy is built. Firstly, the shortcomings of stochastic Petri nets model are analyzed and improved. Then by introducing inhibitor arc and global time, the Petri nets model of multi-component in different connections is established. Secondly, the Petri nets model of phased array radar system is established on the basis of k / N system of multi-component, then the operational availability and cost per time in the model are also analyzed. Finally, several examples are given to verify that this Petri nets model can analyze the effect of spares amount in grass-roots level and base level and the maintenance strategy's parameter(m, NG) for the system's support effectiveness, which is more practical and overcomes the limitations of analytical model.
