- Abstract
The article focuses on the psychological aspects of Islamic terrorists and the role that prevalent child abuse in Islamic countries plays in the psychological development of Islamic children, with a focus on Iran. The author briefly discusses Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's plans to produce a global apocalypse in the early 21st century, while emphasizing the influence of former Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Khomeini on Ahmadinejad's sociopolitical ideology. The author explores the history of the abuse of children in Islamic countries, including the beating, torture and sexual abuse of children by mothers and fathers. The author emphasizes that the abuse has contributed to the borderline personality traits characteristic in many terrorists.
