The article presents a study which examines the outcome of fetuses with intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) with absent or reversed end-diastolic flow (ARED) in the umbilical artery delivered on fetal indication before 30 gestational weeks. In this study, the researcher uses 42 fetuses with IUGR and ARED in the umbilical artery delivered liveborn by cesarean section.
