- Abstract
The article describes the case of 50 year old male who presented with insidious finger swelling, fever and night sweats of 7 months. Mantoux test was positive, x-ray showed proximal phalanx lytic lesion and biopsy revealed epithelioid-gigantocellular granulomas with necrosis suggesting tuberculous dactylitis. Anti tubercular chemotherapy provided full recovery and improvement of patient's radiological signs.
