- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of positivity and self-worth for the procreation of positive psychology and inequality of the work. Topics includes benefits of positive thinking overcoming in tests of tests for human resilience; defining positivity as a personality feature that makes one impervious to social circumstances, to negative messages and to failure; and naturalizing the neo-liberal ideology by denying the devastating psychic effects of occupational uncertainty.
