- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the French Constitutional Court regarding the Florange law, a law which requires companies with more than 1000 employees to seek a buyer as an alternative to the dismantling of the French production facility leading to mass redundancies. It informs that the French parliament enacted the law on February 24, 2014. It discusses the impact of the law on corporate freedom to undertake economic activity and the right of property.
