- Abstract
The article focuses on a research on assessing the clinical significance of Musashi 2 (MSI2) RNA-binding protein transcripts in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients. Topics discussed include controlling hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal and differentiation by MSI2, monitoring of MSI2 messenger RNA levels might identify patients at risk of transformation, and effect of leukemic stem cells with increased levels of MSI2 on progression to blast crisis.
