- Abstract
The article focuses on the need of laws for regulating the conditions-based on race, gender and sexual orientation responsible for violating public policy. Topics discussed include the progress and reforms in public policy of the U.S. in 20th and 21st centuries, reforms in the testation concepts of testamentary trusts, and the role of restatement of property in addressing discrepancy.
