The article discusses the ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case 'Masterpiece Cakeshop Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission' to propose a formula for legislative accommodations of religion. Also cited are the competing interests of sexual orientation and religious beliefs, the right to marry of same-sex couples, and the Free Exercise Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
