- Abstract
This article highlights the International Prison Congress in London, England. There were 53 governments represented at the congress. The attendees were mostly lawyers, judges, legislators, and representatives of departments of justice. The mornings were given to general sessions of the congress. The three sections of the congress met separately in the afternoons. The questions proposed and the resolutions adopted by the congress is presented.
