- Abstract
The article focuses on the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies (PEN) by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington D. C. and the Pew Charitable Trusts which depicts the future of nanotechnology as the next industrial revolution. PEN cited that among the nanotechnology applications are new cancer therapies, pollution-eating compounds, and detectors for biohazards. PEN noted that nanotechnologies are altering the way people think about the future.
