- Authors
CHELALA, CESAR
- Abstract
The article discusses the role of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in bolstering Hamas and worsening the health situation of the civilian population in Gaza. It highlights Netanyahu's desire to escape accountability for his actions and his strategy of increasing the rift between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority to prevent negotiations for a two-state solution. The article also mentions Netanyahu's approval of Qatar transferring money to Gaza, including to Hamas, and the perception that Hamas is both an enemy and an ally to Israel. It criticizes Netanyahu's unchecked arrogance and the damage he has caused to Israel's social and juridical fabric.
