- Title
Optimizing Dual Agency Review of Telecommunications Mergers.
- Authors
Rinner, William J.
- Abstract
In this article the author discusses the antitrust review authority between the U.S. Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and the Department of Justice in 2009. He states that there should be elimination of legal time limit on several agencies that are making antitrust review to give way to the wide review conducted by FCC. He cites that the review duties of FCC can be maximized by limiting its investigation to other analysis.
