- Abstract
The article discusses the problems related to federal surplus disposal following the second World War's contract terminations in the U.S. It is stated that the impending surplus stockpile is expected to be sizably much larger than the last war. It is mentioned that information regarding the definite methods planned by the government for disposing of surpluses is not available. It is noted that procedures for handling surplus industrial property is detailed in the War Department's Procurement Regulation No.7.
