- Abstract
The study of the relationship between the rhizosphere soil bacteria of the authentic medicinal material Migao and the content of active components in the fruit plays an important role in the cultivation and management of Migao and the production of active components in the fruit. The rhizosphere soil and Fruit, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to sequence the rhizosphere soil bacteria of Migao, and the physicochemical properties of soil and the active components of Migao fruit were determined at the same time. The results showed that the 1,8-cineole, α- The contents of terpineol and limonene were the highest, and the content of cypressene in Wangmo was the highest; the Shannon index was the highest in Wangmo, which was 6.3158. Chloroflexi, but the dominant genera are different; at the genus level, the dominant genera are mainly affected by pH value and nitrogen content, and most genera are positively correlated with the active components; PICRUST functional prediction results show that the active components are mainly affected by bacteria The effects of energy and substance transport and metabolic functions indicated that pH and nitrogen in soil could affect the accumulation of medicinal active components in fruits by affecting the diversity of rhizosphere soil bacteria.
