- Title
Public sector cutbacks announced.
- Abstract
The article reports that 700,000 public servants will receive a pay rise between zero to 1% from 2010-2011, and public employees earning more than 18,000 pounds a year will have a wage freeze in 2011 in Great Britain. The British Dental Association (BDA) says that the escalating costs in a practice must also be met to inspire dentists to continue their commitment to the National Health Service (NHS). The announcement was made by Chancellor Alistair Darling to save 3.2 billion pounds.
