The article focuses on the importance of filmic representations of nature in unveiling the value and wonder of nature to future generations, with emphasis on the narrative film "Finding Nemo." According to the author, the motion picture represents an opportunity to teach children environmentally friendly attitudes toward nature. It notes that one element of the film that promotes environmental consciousness among its audience is the visual representation of marine life.
