This article describes a case study of acute localized exanthematous pustulosis on inguinal area secondary to piperacillin/tazobactam. The patient presented with gastric pain and had previously been diagnosed with cholelithiasis. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography was performed as well as a biopsy. The patient was advised treatment with betamethasone.
