- Abstract
An essay is presented that profiles a group of Korean self-directed contemporary artists known as Geumcheon Mrs., also referred to as married women living in the district of Geumcheon, at the Seoul, South Korea, Art Space Geumcheon (SASG). According to the article, the group consists of members Jeongnyeo Cha, Haesung Choi, Kyunghee Kim, Hyunae Oh, and Misook Park. The article states that SASG artist-in-residence Im Heung-Soon established art classes for housewives, also called ajumma, in 2010.
