- Abstract
The article offers discussion on the effective use of drone governed by the international humanitarian law (IHL) on aerial bombardment during the combat environment. It focuses on the limited scope of drone use in determining the boundaries of battlefield by IHL in areas including Pakistan and Yemen republic. It examines the permissive environments for the applicability of drones and the legal challenges in the development and employment of drones.
