- Abstract
The article discusses research on long-range distances in amyloid fibrils of α-synuclein (aS) from pulsed electron-electron double resonance (PELDOR). It explains that PELDOR is also known as double electron-electron resonance (DEER) which is a process used to gain structural information in proteins and nucleic acids. It also offers information on the structural features of monomeric aS.
