Happy Days in Old Age….
- Abstract
The article discusses survey results regarding age and concerns about financial planning. A survey by HSBC bank of people in 21 countries between the age of 40 and 80 found that older people are happier and less worried about financial planning than younger people. Sixty percent of people in their 70s and 57 percent of in their 60s are not worried about the future with respect to finances, while only 48 percent of people in their 50s and 42 percent in their 40s are not worried. Twenty-percent of people in their 40s are very worried about their financial future.
