Objective To investigate the clinical effect of secondary repair of nasolabial deformity after unilateral cleft lip. Methods From January 2020 to January 2023, our department admitted 18 patients with nasolabial deformities after unilateral cleft lip surgery who underwent secondary repair. The main surgical methods: (1)Scar and red and white lip repair. (2)Muscle tension reset. (3)Nasal end comprehensive reconstruction. (4)Piriform border contour repair. Results All patients were significantly improved after operation, and were followed up for 3-36 months with satisfactory results. Conclusion Functional reduction of autologous tissue combined with transplantation of autologous or artificial materials can achieve good results in the comprehensive repair of nasolabial deformity after unilateral cleft lip operation.
