- Abstract
Due to the influence of the thermal bridge of the support-free connector on the formwork wall, the results of the calculated wall heat transfer coefficient according to GB 50176-2016 "Code for Thermal Design of Civil Buildings" were quite different from the actual measured values. In this paper, the steady-state heat transfer simulation was conducted by ANSYS Workbench software. The wall of connecting parts with different quantities of connecting parts of engineering plastic, stainless steel and galvanized steel was simulated and analyzed respectively, and the wall heat transfer coefficient of the wall was calculated. The analysis shows that the connectors made of stainless steel have good thermal performance. The influence coefficient of the number of connectors is between 1.3 and 1.6, and the influence coefficient of the material is between 1 and 2, providing a basis for thermal design.
