The article examines the pervasive use of noncompete agreements in contemporary employment practices and proposes a paradigm shift towards intrapreneurship to foster innovation within corporations. It critiques the broad application of noncompetes across diverse job sectors. It argues that these agreements often hinder employee mobility and entrepreneurship, disproportionately affecting marginalized groups.
