- Abstract
This research aims at compiling hadiths that have been narrated by Arbada Al Tamimi quoting Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them, and to criticize them and distinguish what is acceptable and what is refutable, and to identify the condition of Arbada Al Tamimi in modification and amendment. He is one of the early narrators quoting Ibn Abbas. The research concluded that eighteen out of twenty-eight, representing 82% of, narrations of those narrated by Arabada quoting Ibn Abbas were in interpretation dependent on Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them. Al Tamimi doesn’t have narrations quoting Al Baraa bin Azeb, although Al Tamimi is known to have frequently sat with him. The reason is that Aba Ishaq Al Sebiey is the only narrator quoting Al Tamimi. He heard from Al Baraa bin Azeb, and most of his narrations were quoted from Al Baraa bin Azeb, so there is no need to bring attribution to Al Tamimi, and Allah is the all knowing.
