- Abstract
After the Supreme Court incorporated three Trump nominees, for the first time in decades there is a solid conservative mayority in court, perceived by liberals as a potential danger to some precedents in issues like abortion or same sex marriage. Some voices have arised defending to expand the Court and introduce term limits in justice's tenure. President Biden issued an executive order creating a bipartisan Commission on Supreme Court reform. The Commission issued its final report on december 2021. This article deals with the principal issues on that report. It also analyze Franklin Roosevelt's unsuccesful court-packing plan.
