- Title
Candles Burning Blue: Part Two.
- Authors
Martinez, Susan B.
- Abstract
Part One was presented in this Journal in July 2004. Interest now shifts to Dr. Sullivan's blistering/blackout ordeal which introduces the problems of catalepsy, cold flame, and the emotional aspect of Dissolution: ‘coming apart at the seams.’ Other phases of mysterious burning are examined for hints to resolve the age-old puzzle: ignis fatuus, spontaneous earth fires, simultaneous cases, nocturnal flame, etc. The model of ‘polar outcropping’ is seen to satisfy the conditions of internal combustion. One must conclude that man's electrodynamic being does not exclude nuclear radiation. SHC, in the final analysis, is seen as a special case of dematerialization.
