- Abstract
This study focus on understand the influence of physical evidences on men's loyalty intentions to clothing stores ZARA. The brand was chosen for this study, since it does not make any use of conventional advertising, hence, the consumer-company communication is made exclusively through the stores, leading to a strong concearn with product exposition and ambiance. The present paper explores the physical evidences from ambiental, social and design dimensions. The relationship between those dimensions will be related to repurchase intentions and positive word of mouth among men consumers. This study's findings evidenced that men's physical evidences perception in the servicescape influence their loyalty intentions, being essential to define this public's repurchase intention behavior in ZARA's store.
